Unsigned Beautiful Enamel Flower Brooch 1930's pot metal

Beautiful, Elegant Unsigned Enamel flower brooch
This brooch is approx 3 X 2.75 nches, quite a statement piece.
The brooch features Gorgeous golden topaz colored faceted oval rhinestones and beautiful yellow enamel flowers.

This piece is NOT heavily rhodium plated as you might think it would be.
It has a faint gold wash over a silver metal base.
The back finish however is in great condition for its age.
I haven't been able to find a patent for this piece but I believe this to be from around the late 1930's based on popular design patented by several important costume jewelry manufacturers such as Trifari and Boucher. This might even be Staret.
The enamel is in good vintage condition, the stones are beautiful but there is some slight foil loss on the back of the center stone, please see the photos.

Wonderful Vintage brooches like this are difficult to find these days so this one will probably go quickly.
