Fabulous Assortment of Vintage Bakelite new old stock Pipe stems, Sample colors and exotics

Fabulous assortment of vintage Bakelite pipe stems. These were purchased 20 years ago from a huge well known pipe repair and manufacturing company. Some of them still have the original Sample color sticker with name and number of the color. Those with the stickers are undrilled stock that can be drilled to accommodate your pipe need. The 3 smaller more colorful stems are drilled. The green one I believe might be a cigarette holder.

The sample stems with stickers are 4 inches long. The Red, White and Blue laminated stem is 3.25 inches long. The Black, Red and White exotic print stem is 3 inches long and is very slim. The green cigarette holder/stem is 2.5 inches long. These are amazing pieces of Pipe collector history having come from the original J.H. Lowe company family barn. These were sample pieces I purchased in with tons of Bakelite rods for making stems. OR these could be incorporated as pieces in artisan jewelry.

In any case these are an amazing little find.
